This unit features your own private, screened-in lanai! There are plenty of beach loungers to relax in as well as a dining table for 4 on your spacious lanai. Coconuts Courtyard is centrally located in the middle of Holmes Beach. The free island trolley stop is just one block away from the complex and will take you anywhere else on the island. There is a dedicated parking space for your unit as well as visitor parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
