Located in Coquina Reef Condominiums, this complex consists of two separate buildings, each having only eight units. The condo offers amenities galore and will only add to your relaxing vacation.

Furnishings include, a King size bed, professional linen service, in unit washer and dryer, beach essentials, a 46 inch HD TV, and free wifi. A private screened in balcony and patio set provides a lovely outside setting. The amenities don't stop there. A heated community pool with gas grill, lounge chairs, umbrella tables and an outdoor shower, provide a wonderful outdoor experience. One covered parking space is provided.

The white sand beach, historic Bridge Street, restaurants and shopping are just a short block away. If you prefer to explore the island on wheels, it could not be easier once on board the free AMI trolley that runs the length of our beautiful 7 mile Island.

Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon are located in the unit storage room located on parking level.
